Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to all registered B2B travel agents on the GRNconnect platform.
2. Bookings must be made between 15th September 2024 and 15th Feburary 2025 to qualify.

Promotion Period

1. The promotion starts on 15th September 2024 and ends on 15th February 2025.
2. Only bookings with travel dates within this period are eligible for rewards.

Participation

1. Agents must book room nights / packages and transfers to Jamaica through GRNconnect during the promotion period.
2. Tiered rewards are based on the cumulative number of room nights or package bookings made during the promotion.

Top Seller Reward

1. The agent with the highest number of qualifying bookings during the promotion period will receive a special gift voucher.
2. The top seller will be notified via email or phone within 14 days after the promotion ends.

General Conditions

1. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for gifts or other alternatives.
2. By participating, agents agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. GRNconnect reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Liability

1. GRNconnect is not responsible for any technical issues, booking errors, or failures that prevent participation in the promotion.
2. GRNconnect will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any rewards.

Reward Fulfilment

1. Rewards will be distributed on verified bookings.Refunds equivalent to transfers and room nights as per the tiers achieved will be given after checkout of the passengers.
2. GRNconnect reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
