Program Duration

  1. The program runs from June to September 2025.

Eligibility

  1. Open to all registered travel agents on the GRNconnect platform.
  2. Bookings must include a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in RWS.
  3. Only bookings made via the GRNconnect platform during the incentive period are eligible.
  4. Cancellations and no-shows will not qualify for the incentive program.

Exciting Giveaways for top bookers/Agents

  1. Agents will receive giveaways based on the number of completed bookings at the end of the promotion.
  2. Complimentary attraction tickets, dining vouchers, and exclusive experiences

Transfers

  1. Free one-way transfers from the Airport are applicable to qualifying bookings.
  2. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.
  3. Transfers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Transfer Redemption

  1. Details on how to redeem the free airport transfer will be provided after the booking is confirmed. Transfers must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
  2. Bookings must be confirmed and fully paid up to qualify for the free transfers

General Rules

  1. Only completed bookings (check-out completed) during the program period qualify for giveaways.
  2. Giveaways are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  3. Airport transfers are subject to availability and may vary depending on traveller arrival times and group size.

Award Distribution

  1. Giveaways will be awarded to agents within 30 days after the program ends, following verification of all eligible bookings.

Exclusions

  1. Bookings made using special promo codes, heavily discounted rates, or outside the GRNconnect platform are not eligible.

Additional Terms

  1. GRNconnect reserves the right to verify all bookings and disqualify fraudulent entries.
  2. GRNconnect may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
