Program Duration

1. The program runs from 28th May 2025 to 30th June 2025.

Eligibility

1. Open to all registered travel agents on the GRNconnect platform.
2. Bookings must include a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in Virginia
3. Only bookings made via the GRNconnect platform during the incentive period are eligible.
4. Cancellations and no-shows will not qualify for the incentive program.

Incentives Offered

Exciting Giveaways for Agents

1. Agents will receive giveaways based on the number of completed bookings at the end of the promotion.
2. Colonial Cooking Demonstrations: Tavern dining experience for top bookers. Subjected to availability.

General Rules

1. Only completed bookings (check-out completed) during the program period qualify for giveaways.
2. Giveaways are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
3. Airport transfers are subject to availability and may vary depending on traveller arrival times and group size.

Award Distribution

1. Giveaways will be awarded to agents within 30 days after the program ends, following verification of all eligible bookings.

Exclusions

1. Bookings made using special promo codes, heavily discounted rates, or outside the GRNconnect platform are not eligible.

Additional Terms

1. GRNconnect reserves the right to verify all bookings and disqualify fraudulent entries.
2. GRNconnect may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
3. By participating, agents agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
