Program Duration

1. The incentive program is valid for a period of 4 months from 1st May to 31st August 2026.

Eligibility

1. Only registered travel agents on the GRNconnect platform are eligible to participate.
2. Bookings must be made through the GRNconnect platform to qualify for the incentive program.

Booking Criteria

1. The incentive applies to bookings made for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights in New Orleans.
2. Each booking must include at least 1 room and pax.

Incentives Offered:

1. Agents will receive giveaways based on the number of completed bookings at the end of the promotion.
2. Reward to top 5 booking agents with Amazon vouchers, valued at INR.1,000 each forincremental bookings in the promotion period.
3. Giveaways are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Award Distribution

1. Giveaways will be awarded to agents within 30 days after the program ends, following verification of all eligible bookings.

Cancellations & Amendments

1. Cancelled or amended bookings that result in reduced stays or non-qualifying criteria will not be counted toward the incentive rewards.
2. Only confirmed and completed stays will be considered.

Disqualification

1. GRNconnect reserves the right to disqualify any travel agent found to be in violation of the terms of the incentive program.
2. Fraudulent activities, including false bookings or misrepresentation, will lead to immediate disqualification.

Program Modifications

1. GRNconnect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the incentive program at any time without prior notice.

Liability

1. GRNconnect is not responsible for any technical issues, booking errors, or failures that prevent participation in the promotion.
2. GRNconnect will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any rewards.
